The Pop-Up Shop! will run from 9am-4pm. PLEASE ONLY SELECT THE DATES YOU ARE INTERESTED AND AVAILABLE. You will receive an invoice for ALL the dates you select (if approved)  Invoices will be sent with all selected dates within 24 hours. Invoices are set as Due the day you receive them.  The space is available as long as the invoice is valid.  We recommend closing out the invoice as soon as possible to secure your spot. Once the invoice is paid, your spot will be secured!


Rates are as follows:


Standard

Daily - $55 per day

Weekend Pass (Fri.-Sun.) - $150 per weekend

VIP Private Suite

Daily - $75 per day

Weekend Pass (Fri.-Sun.) - $200 per weekend

You can signup for just one day.  Multiple days not required.

This is just like a regular event, but with the opportunity (not requirement) to setup for multiple days.  If you are scheduled for multiple days in a row, your setup can remain as-is between days.  If not, you would setup and breakdown each scheduled date like normal.

We have created this space and the layout so that you have a cost effective opportunity to build your brand; whether that means setting up full time, or even just one day a month.  This will be YOUR STORE!

Setups can remain as-is on consecutive days.  

Please Note: This market is geared toward and prioritizes locally created and operated businesses. 

CBD vendors & products not permitted per mall rules.

No meal based food service.  Food cannot be prepared onsite.  Baked goods that fall within the VA Cottage House Laws are permitted.

All products and setups must be "family friendly"

Do you need to rent a 6-ft. table? Cost is $15 per day. Damaged or unreturned tables will be charged $100.

Event Info, Rules & Guidelines:

  • Vendor fees are not refundable and not transferable for any reason.  

  • Setup begins at 7:30am. Must be setup and ready at least 15 minutes prior to open, cannot begin to break down until after the official 4:00pm closing time.

  • Tables must remain staffed at all times.

  • Spaces will be assigned by organizer according to category layout logistics. Space assignments are final.

  • Organizer reserves the right to reject or expell anybody at any time for any reason. (Violation of event rules and guidelines and/or causing or creating problems for other vendors or customers)

  • Additional information will be provided upon confirmation.

  • If accepted, you will receive an invoice via email from LUXE Salon Suites. Please be sure to regularly check your Spam folder
